NubiBooks is an AI-powered accounting, invoicing, and stock-management application for small and medium-sized businesses in Nigeria. By using NubiBooks, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and password.
• Business records: sales, invoices, receipts, expenses, products, stock levels, customers, suppliers, and debtors that you enter into the app.
• Identity verification: where required for account or financial features, identity details such as BVN or CAC information, verified through our identity-verification partner.
• Payment and bank details: information needed to create virtual accounts, send and receive payments, and reconcile transactions.
• Voice input: if you use voice features, the audio you record so the app can understand your instruction (including in Igbo, Hausa, or Yoruba).

b. Information collected automatically

• Usage data: how you interact with the app, features used, and actions taken.
• Device and technical data: device type, operating system, app version, and basic log information needed to keep the Service secure and working.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide the core accounting, invoicing, stock, and tax features of NubiBooks.
• Calculate taxes (such as VAT) and prepare records for compliance.
• Process payments, create virtual accounts, and reconcile transactions through our payment partners.
